Recommended consumption:
7 - 10 drops daily. 7 drops contain 14mg (100% RWS *) of iron, 10 drops contain 20mg (142% RWS *) of iron.
* Reference intake of an average adult (8400kJ / 2000kcal).
Before consumption, shake the bottle for not less than 30 seconds - until a homogeneous graphite-colored suspension is obtained.
