We use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver orders quickly and cheaply in the UK.

 Free delivery applies to mainland Great Britain only (excluding Republic of Ireland).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

In the case of package damaged during delivery, please send photos of the damaged products and the order confirmation included in the package to office@superbhb.co.uk

The free delivery offer expires if the package needs to be re-sent when it is not collected by the customer, when the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, and for any other reason requiring re-shipping due to the fault of the customer.

We are not responsible for packages left at 'Safe Place'. If you are using the DPD app, please check your 'Safe Place' settings.
