Privacy & Cookies Policy
1. Data Controller and Definitions
The controller of personal data of Customers / Users of the Online Store (also referred to as the Seller) is: Fab Trade Group LTD / TA SuperbHB, registered office: 112 High Street, TW3 1NA London, VAT GB312409049.

User – a natural person visiting the Online Store or using the services described in this Privacy and Cookies Policy.
Customer – a natural person with full legal capacity, a Consumer, a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality who concludes a Distance Sales Agreement with the Seller.
Online Store – the service available at https://superbhb.co.uk where the Customer/User can obtain information about Goods and purchase them.
Newsletter – information (including commercial information) sent electronically by the Seller, subscription is voluntary and requires consent.
Account – a set of data related to the Customer/User and their orders stored in the Store.
UK GDPR – the UK General Data Protection Regulation together with the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. Purposes, Legal Bases and Duration of Processing
We process data in order to perform the Distance Sales Agreement, including:
- technical information about the User’s device: IP address, cookies, session data, browser and device information, activity on the website,
- geolocation data if the User has consented,
- personal data: name, surname, address, e-mail, phone number, VAT number, bank account number, other data necessary for purchase.
The legal bases are: performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), and consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Data are processed for the time necessary to perform the contract, comply with law, or until consent is withdrawn.
3. Marketing Activities
The Controller may display marketing information about its products or services on the Store website. This is based on the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). This does not infringe the rights of Users, who may reasonably expect such content when visiting the Store.
4. Data Recipients
Data are disclosed only to processors under data processing agreements, such as hosting, IT services, marketing or PR support, delivery companies and payment providers.
5. Transfers Outside the UK
Personal data may be transferred outside the UK/EEA when using services such as Google, Meta, PayPal. Safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or UK IDTA are applied.
6. Data Subject Rights
Every data subject has the right to:
- access their data (Art. 15 UK GDPR),
- obtain a copy of data,
- rectification (Art. 16),
- erasure (Art. 17),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18),
- data portability (Art. 20),
- object to processing (Art. 21),
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal).

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy & Cookies Policy may be updated as necessary to reflect changes in law or operations.
10. Cookies
The Store uses cookies and similar technologies:
- entered voluntarily in forms (to perform services),
- stored on User devices (cookies),
- server logs collected by the hosting operator.

11. Newsletter
The Customer may subscribe to the newsletter by providing consent. It can be withdrawn at any time via account settings, newsletter form or link in each e-mail.
12. Account
Registration is optional. Data entered must be true. By registering, a contract for the provision of an electronic service (account) is concluded for an indefinite period. The Customer may terminate this contract at any time by contacting the Seller. The Seller may terminate if the law, Terms, or inactivity (6 months) apply.
