How to use:

• Oxymel is given to children from 24 months of age - we recommend the mild version of MIODZIŚ for children.
• We start the dosage with 0.5 teaspoon per tea - in a drink or alone
• For adults: approximately 40 ml daily in a single dose in the form of a morning shot
• It is best to serve with the first meal
• The daily dose (40 ml) can be divided by taking oxymel 1 tablespoon before and after a meal.

Oxymel is a living product that, even when closed in a bottle, does not stop working. Therefore, carbonation or increasing the volume of the product is part of a natural process.
