Preparation method:
Before you start preparing the meal, wash your hands. Make sure that the dishes you will use are perfectly clean, prepare the right amount of follow-on milk according to the recipe on the packaging.
- Measure the appropriate amount of milk (160 ml) that you are using and pour it into the child's bowl. The temperature of the milk should not exceed 40 °C.
- Add 30 g (approx. 4 tablespoons) of porridge. Use a clean and dry spoon.
- Mix until smooth. Give the prepared meal to your child with a spoon or let your baby eat it on their own with a spoon or hand. Always follow the instructions above.
A child can receive 1 or, after consulting a doctor, 2 meals of porridge per day, depending on age, as a supplement to other food. Give the product to your child in a sitting position, under the supervision of an adult. Due to the individual pace of your child's development, consult your doctor about when to introduce porridge and other products to your child's diet. Milk feeding, preferably breastfeeding, should be continued for as long as possible.
