How to use:

1 sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 1 glass of still water, milk or yogurt.
Stir vigorously until the powder dissolves. Consume immediately after preparation. The suspension that forms is a natural feature of the product.
It is recommended to use it regularly for a longer period of time (minimum 3 months). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
