How to use:
Brew 2 tea bags with boiling water (200ml), covered for 10 minutes. Drink before going to bed.

The content of individual plant ingredients in the recommended daily portion of the product is respectively: oat herb - 1.02 g, hawthorn fruit - 0.60 g, lemongrass - 0.54 g, lemon balm leaf - 0.42 g, lavender flower - 0.36 g, hop cones - 0.06 g.
