Prenatal Duo is a formula that contains choline, DHA and a complex of essential ingredients selected in terms of their beneficial effect on the mother and child in appropriately high doses recommended by the Polish Geological Society.

Prenatal DUO is a unique preparation recommended for women from the second trimester of pregnancy to the end of breastfeeding. Prenatal Duo is indicated for the dietary management of women from the 13th week of pregnancy to the end of the breastfeeding period in order to: ensure the proper development of the child's brain and retina, support the proper development of the fetus, reduce the risk of developing allergies, prevent anemia and premature birth.

How to consume:

Take 1 Prenatal Classic tablet and 2 Prenatal DHA capsules daily with a meal.

Ingredients:

Ingredients Prenatal® dha gelatin capsule: fish oil (anchovies, sardines, mackerel), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, humectant: glycerol; capsule: gelatin, antioxidants: a mixture of tocopherols.

Ingredients Prenatal® classic hard capsule: choline bitartrate; capsule: gelatin; iron(II) fumarate; rice flour; cholecalciferol, bovine lactoferrin (from milk), maltodextrin, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride, calcium L-methylfolate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, potassium iodide, sodium selenate (IV), methylcobalamin.
