OnlyBio is a Polish hair and body care brand. It is run by the company Onlybio.life SA from Bydgoszcz. The manufacturer says outright that it revolutionised hair care with the Hair in Balance series, and that is the best place to start. The idea is simple: first you get to know your hair, then you choose products for it. Alongside hair care, you will find toners with dessert names, styling products for curls, a body care line and products for children. Brand range

• Hair in Balance: series by need. Each series deals with a different problem. Gloss is for frizz and includes a shampoo, a cream, an acidic rinse and a smoothing milk. Hydra is about hydration, from a shampoo for very dry scalp and hair to a serum. Repair is for hair that needs regeneration, for example with the intensive Repair mask. Volume is meant to add lightness, like the weightless Volume conditioner.

How to choose

Think about what bothers you most right now. Is your hair frizzy? Reach for Gloss. Is it very dry, and so is your scalp? Hydra. Does it need regeneration and strengthening? Repair. Does it lack volume at the roots? Volume, because according to the manufacturer this series lifts hair from the roots without weighing it down. If you colour your hair, have a look at the Kolor series, and if you want to play with colour, at the toners. The manufacturer also encourages you to check your hair's porosity, because it matches its masks and oils to it. Curly and wavy hair has its own styling products.
