- Algae mask to combat skin discoloration is an advanced product with a strong depigmenting effect. For all skin types prone to hormonal, sun and post-inflammatory discoloration.
The unique formula of the cosmetic contains ingredients that reduce the activity of tyrosinase, thanks to which it limits the process of creating melanin in the skin. The key ingredient of the mask is α-arbutin supported by the action of a complex consisting of 6 active ingredients:
tranexamic acid, almond acid, lactobionic acid, carnosine, niacinamide and nonapeptide-1. This combination effectively reduces discoloration, giving the complexion a radiant appearance with a brightened and even color.
tranexamic acid limits the synthesis of melanin in the skin, thanks to which it prevents its accumulation in the form of discoloration. Its additional advantage is its gentleness and soothing effect on blood vessels, making it perfect for the treatment of melasma and fresh post-inflammatory discoloration.
- α-arbutin is characterized by the most effective brightening effect and greater stability than β-arbutin. Applied topically, it inhibits tyrosinase, thus preventing the formation of melanin and the development of discoloration.
- Mandelic acid An acid with delicate exfoliating properties, giving a skin brightening effect.
- Carnosine A naturally occurring dipeptide with antioxidant properties. Protects the skin from the effects of photoaging.
- Nonapeptide-1 A peptide that limits melanin synthesis, thus evening out skin tone and reducing dark spots.
- Niacinamide has the ability to influence skin pigmentation by regulating the transfer of melanosomes from melanocytes to keratinocytes.
- Lactobionic acid promotes epidermal renewal, thus lightening discoloration.
How to use:
To approximately 15 g of the mask, add approximately 40 ml of still mineral water, stirring vigorously until a thick consistency is obtained. Apply with a spatula to the skin of the face, neck and décolleté, leave for 15-20 minutes. Once set, remove the mask by peeling it off completely, and wash off any residue with toner.
