citric acid, sodium carbonates; calcium carbonate; sorbitols; magnesium carbonate; vitamins (L-ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin); flavourings; red beetroot juice concentrate; anti-caking agents; sweeteners; colour riboflavin; coenzyme Q10; orange juice and mango (0.1% each); zinc oxide; sodium selenite; copper sulphate
Directions
Dissolve 1 tablet in a glass (200ml) of cool water. Take 1 tablet daily.
