Ashwagandha - a dietary supplement in capsules containing an extract from the root of Ashwagandha - ashwagandha and vitamin B6. Withania somnifera extract - ashwagandha has adaptogenic properties.

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Store in a tightly closed container at room temperature, out of reach of small children.

Recommended intake:

2 capsules a day, with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Ingredients:

Magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid) - 112.5 mg (30%), KSM-66® root extract (Withania somnifera L.) standardized to 5% withanolides - 200 mg, including 10 mg withanolides, capsule shell: HPMC (organic cellulose derivative), apple fiber, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) - 2.8 mg (200%), anti-caking agent: VEGESIL® - silicon dioxide of vegetable origin (from rice).
