Valeriana officinalis root extract; Melissa officinalis leaf extract; Passiflora incarnata herb extract; capsule shell: gelatine.

Per capsule

valerian extract – 150mg, including valeric acid 1.2mg
lemon balm extract – 150mg, including rosmarinic acid 7.5mg
passionflower extract – 150mg, including flavones 6mg

Directions

Take 1 capsule daily.
