How to use:

It is recommended to consume 5 g (1 measuring spoon included in the package) of the product daily. It tastes best dissolved in smoothie-type fruit juice. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
