Preparation method and recommended consumption:
Pour 3 teaspoons of psyllium with a small amount of water, milk, juice or other liquid, wait until it swells slightly, then drink. It can be added to yogurt, cheese, soups and sauces. During treatment, remember to drink an increased amount of fluids. The best results are brought by systematic consumption.
