Kamis can be added to soups, sauces, egg and cheese dishes as well as vegetable dishes such as cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes and potatoes. It is also used for seasoning meat dishes, e.g. veal, lamb, and for pates, stuffing and tripe.
