Dr. Oetker Cake Mound Mole Black with Chocolate 420g

The black crete mound owes its dark color to the addition of black cocoa and vegetable carbon.

Our original Polish recipe also contains chocolate and Polish cream.

Ingredients:

• WHEAT STARCH
• reduced-fat cocoa
• gelatin
• baking powder (raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), WHEAT flour)
• modified starch
• rice starch
• emulsifiers (esters of fatty acids and polyglycerol, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids)
• chocolate powder (cocoa powder, sugar, dextrose)
• CREAM powder
• dye (vegetable carbon)
