How to use
Foot soak: add 1/3 cup to warm water and soak feet for 20–30 minutes, up to twice weekly. Bath: add 2–3 cups to a warm bath and soak for 15–20 minutes, up to three times weekly.
Warnings
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use in cases of low blood pressure, kidney failure, hypermagnesemia or intestinal obstruction. For external use only. Avoid use on irritated skin and discontinue if discomfort occurs.
