Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and helps maintain healthy bones. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 2 g of ALA per day.
Recommended intake:
1 capsule once a day after a meal.
