How to use:
Dissolve a portion of 31.5 g (2 scoops) in a bottle with 700 ml of water. Use before, during (every 15 minutes) and after physical exercise (approx. 200 ml). Do not exceed 1 portion per day.
The product is intended for physically active people over 18 years of age. Do not consume if allergic to any of the product's ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
