Norel Glow Skin Active Concentrated Brightening Serum with Light Consistency 30ml

Active brightening serum has a combination of the so-called tyrosinase and anti-aging inhibitors - 3% Niacinamide, 0.5% Hexylresorcinol, 1% stable vitamin C VC-IP, 1% glycyrrhetinic acid and 2% licorice root extract. Norel serum, available in the UK, regulates the production of melanin, lightens discoloration and evens out the skin tone. When used regularly, the cosmetic smoothes, reduces wrinkles and normalizes the secretion of sebum. Day after day, the skin becomes clean, smooth and radiant.
