• Omega-3 and collagen: fish oil with EPA and DHA (120 capsules), Omega Balance and marine collagen powder.
• Plant extracts and complexes: Boswellia extract, turmeric with ginger (Cell-Active Curcumin Plus), rhodiola, Quercetin Plus, Gymnema Sylvestre, astaxanthin 8 mg, Super Greens powder and the CytoProtect range.

How to choose

Start with the form: if you want vitamins and minerals in a form close to food, choose the Wholefood or Biofood range; if you prefer a single ingredient, such as zinc, vitamin B6 or B12, choose a single-ingredient product. For magnesium, compare the form (bisglycinate, diglycinate, a powder to dissolve). Check the label for the amount of the ingredient per serving, the number of servings in the pack and allergens. People on a plant-based diet can look for products marked as vegan (including Daily D3 + K2, vitamin B12, Multi B Extra and Vegan Biotic). Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
