How to choose a supplement

Start with the ingredients and the form: capsules for daily use, powder to dissolve. Check the amount of each ingredient per serving, allergens and contraindications. Food supplements do not replace a varied diet or treatment, and the recommended daily portion is given by the manufacturer on the pack. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a chronic condition or take medication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Quality and ingredients

According to the manufacturer, Biodio Lab develops formulations with clean ingredients, uses specialist raw materials and packs products in glass with a metal cap. The full ingredients, the amount per serving and the directions are on the pack of each product.

How to use

Directions, dosage and duration of use are given by the manufacturer on the pack. Take capsules with water, usually with a meal unless the pack says otherwise. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.
