The Norel alcohol-free tonic is intended for normal and combination skin, also sensitive and prone to irritation. The cosmetic contains ingredients that regulate the work of the sebaceous glands, thanks to which the skin is less oily. The treatment also perfectly tones, moisturizes and soothes overactive skin. It does not cause tightening and drying of the epidermis. After applying the tonic, the complexion is delicate, fresh and slightly brighter and matte.
