Sante rye bran is a product obtained during rye grain milling, additionally roasted in order to increase its taste and nutritional values.

You can sprinkle bran on soups, bread with butter and salads. We can use them as an ingredient in breading. They are a great addition to yoghurt, kefir and milk.
